They must run everything through the owners first, unless it's an emergency and if they don't get a response right away, then a renter won't get a response right away. Yes, they do thorough checks to help make sure I don't lose money on the property but that isn't always the case! "

They handle all the details and all the headaches. Their knowledge of the market sets them apart, because they tell me honestly the best price our rental is worth. Think about it....2 or 3 months not being rented is not worth holding out for $50 more per month. They have kept our rental continuously rented since we turned the management over to them, and we have had no pet damage or other damage problems. They take care of all of the headaches like, water leaks, changing locks, A/C issues, etc. Eventually we will sell our city home and move out to our lovely rental property, and we know that the house has been well taken care of by Mary Ann and her awesome team. When my wife and I were looking for a rental home in the New Braunfels area, we were very concerned about the property managers who would operate it. We chose Reliance based on our in-person interviews with the company personnel. During a recent 40+ day heat wave, the A/C went out. Reliance had a technician come out that very day. Unfortunately, the system was frozen and couldn't be assessed. The next day, another technician came out and charged the system. That worked for a short while, but the entire system needed replacing and ALL the A/C companies were swamped. Reliance delivered two window units to keep the house cool until the system could be replaced a couple of days later. Thanks to Reliance, we now have a totally new system and life is good. Love the house, love the neighborhood, LOVE this company."
